For correct and safe operation, Ukrsotsbank encourages its customers to use:
- more modern and reliable versions of browsers and operating systems;
- Sun Java version not less than 7 (recomended to use last version available on official Java web-site);
- activate support of TLS 1.2 protocol and deactivate SSL protocols in Java settings: Control panel - Java, Advanced tab, section Advanced Security Settings.

To open the "Internet-Banking" module which lets you work with all types of financial document, press the button

After pressing this button, depending on the browser you use, will load with automatic start *.jnlp file (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox), or the file after downloading need to be run manually (Opera, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari).

After running the file , will be displayed the dialog window for log in:
In the opened window you should select the digital signature keystore file, choose key from a list and enter access password for the key. If you connect through a proxy server you have to enter it's IP address and TCP port in the dialog box.

In the case of error "Unable to launch the application" after running the file (*.jnlp), we recommend:
- check the installed Java versions by the link on developer's site, delete old Java versions and install last version of Java (but not less then version 7) from developer's site;
- to clean temporary directory of Java (Control Panel - Java - General tab - Temporary internet files - Settings - Delete files);
- check the support activation of TLS 1.2 protocol and deactivation of SSL protocols in Java settings: Control panel - Java, tab Advanced, section Advanced Security Settings;
- review the basic troubleshooting tips for Java issues on official site of Java developer;
- analyze quarantined installed on the PC anti-virus software, for the presence of the required JNLP file to run.
